What's actually for sale

The Great Stair & Library is being sold by traditional online auction, ending 23 September 2026 at 12:00 BST. Traditional means the exchange of contracts is immediate and binding. If the reserve is met when the timer reaches zero, then the highest bidder must buy and the seller must sell; the parties have 28 days to complete the transaction.
